Kareena Opted Out Of Show ....

Kareena Kapoor doesn't want to be put in the same league as some of her contemporaries. Kareena Kapoor has refused to perform with Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Bipasha Basu at an awards held recently.

The actress was to perform at the finale of the Screen Film Awards along with other actresses. Kareena informed the organisers about her decision .The act in question was the finale of the awards ceremony.

The organisers were taken by surprise when they learnt that Kareena had opted out of the show at the last minute. They have been running the promos of the show with Kareena and the other four actresses.

The act, titled 'Five Divas', is to be the highlight of the evening. But now it is being re-titled 'Four Divas' because Kareena has backed out even though the TV promos of the act are being aired. Apparently, Bebo doesn't want to be in the same bandwagon as the other Bollywood beauties.

As a policy, Kareena has decided not to perform at weddings and New Year bashes and she had made this public too. As for this particular function, she was in two minds for some time but later decided to stick to her decision.

Director of the show, Mohammed Morani of Cineyug said, "Kareena is out from the function. Her name has been pulled out from the TV promos."

Whatever the reason, Kareena's decision to opt out is being seen as her snub to actresses like Bipasha, Katrina and Deepika. As for Priyanka, Bebo has been on friendly terms with her of late.
